An introduction to our services
We are a local company made up of four mothers with 10 children of primary age between us.
We believe that eating meals, and trying new healthy foods is an important part of your children’s education. This can sometimes mean that they will encounter foods they don’t think they like, or would be less willing to try should they be served at home. Together with encouragement from the teachers we think that our approach can enhance their enthusiasm for new foods and indulge their appetites for popular dishes.
We are committed to providing a healthy balance within the two week menu rotation to include a wide variety of seasonal fayre. Many of our dishes are developed to include vegetables which are ‘hidden’ from view, so you can be assured of our contribution to their 5-a-day.
All our meat is supplied by the Butcher of Brogdale, fruit and vegetables are sourced seasonally and locally, wherever possible, and all meals are home-cooked. We do not use preservatives and limit the levels of salt and sugar used.
Our pleasure in providing these meals is rewarded by your children’s enjoyment of eating them!
